Our families cultivate and harvest this coffee by hand in the mountains of Huila, at elevations between 1,500 and 1,800 meters above sea level. Grown ecologically and in harmony with the environment, the beans are naturally sun-dried. This careful process results in a fresh cup of the finest Arabica coffee, with a fruity fragrance, delicate flavor, balanced acidity, and a smooth medium body.
